What We Coordinate

The details behind a professional remodel.

A remodel is not just one task. It is a sequence of decisions, materials, trades, and field work. Our team helps keep those details organized.

Design & Selections

We help coordinate selections such as tile, flooring, cabinets, counters, fixtures, hardware, colors, and finishes.

Materials & Ordering

Material choices, lead times, vendor communication, delivery timing, backorders, and receipts all matter.

Scheduling

Remodeling needs proper sequencing so installers, subcontractors, materials, and inspections line up correctly.

Field Management

Jobsite coordination, daily progress, photos, task completion, issue tracking, and punch list follow-up.

Change Management

If conditions change or upgrades are requested, the scope and costs should be documented clearly.

Closeout

Final walkthrough, punch list items, cleanup, documentation, and making sure the project is properly completed.

Our Remodeling Process

A better remodel starts with a clear plan.

Homeowners should know what to expect. Our process helps organize the project before work begins and keeps communication moving through completion.

Start the Conversation

We learn about your space, goals, concerns, priorities, timing, photos, and overall project expectations.

Measure & Review Scope

We review the space, discuss measurements, define what work is included, and identify selections needed.

Ballpark Range & Showroom

For many projects, we can discuss an initial range and one complimentary showroom visit before deeper design work begins.

Proposal & Planning Deposit

After the initial range and visit, extensive design, selection, and proposal work may require a non-refundable planning deposit under written terms.

Schedule & Build

We coordinate scheduling, field work, vendors, subcontractors, materials, communication, and jobsite documentation.

Photos, Punch List & Closeout

We track progress, document completion, review punch list items, and close out the project professionally.

Not sure which service fits your project?

Many remodeling projects overlap. A bathroom remodel may involve flooring, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, glass, and cabinetry. A kitchen remodel may involve layout, cabinets, counters, backsplash, flooring, lighting, and trim. A full interior remodel may include all of those areas together.

You do not need to know every detail before reaching out. Tell us what you want to improve, what problems you are trying to solve, and what kind of finished space you want. We can help organize the next steps.

The best place to begin is with a conversation and a clear description of your goals. You can also visit our Oldsmar showroom/design center by appointment to discuss ideas, selections, and project direction.

Showroom & Design Support

A better selection process creates a better finished project.

Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, countertops, tile, fixtures, and finishes all need to work together. Our Oldsmar showroom/design center gives customers a place to review products, talk through ideas, and narrow decisions before work begins.

For larger projects, the first showroom visit helps establish direction. If the project moves into extensive design work, pricing development, repeated selection revisions, or detailed proposal preparation, a non-refundable planning deposit may be required under the applicable proposal or agreement.

  • Cabinets: layout, door styles, finishes, storage, hardware, and function
  • Countertops: surface planning, edge details, sinks, faucets, and backsplash coordination
  • Bathrooms: tile, waterproofing, glass, vanities, fixtures, lighting, and accessories
  • Flooring: tile, luxury vinyl, transitions, baseboards, prep, and finish details
Project Communication

AC Project Hub supports a more organized remodeling experience.

Approved customers, employees, vendors, and subcontractors may use AC Project Hub for controlled project communication, scheduling, documents, photos, tasks, daily logs, punch lists, change orders, payments, and job records as the project requires.

Access is not public. Portal visibility depends on login, assigned role, job assignment, and permission level. Customers see approved project information. Vendors and subcontractors see limited information tied to their approved relationship or assigned work. Employees and administrators manage the internal project records.

  • Customer: approved project updates, documents, photos, messages, selections, and change-order access
  • Employee: schedules, jobs, tasks, daily logs, photos, time tracking, and internal communication
  • Vendor: approved scheduling, product coordination, order updates, and business communication
  • Subcontractor: assigned scope, schedule details, photos, completion notes, and approved job communication
Why The Details Matter

A good remodel is planned, coordinated, and closed out correctly.

Homeowners deserve more than a collection of disconnected tasks. They deserve a professional process that connects the scope, selections, materials, schedule, communication, and finished details.

Defined expectations

We work to clarify what is included, what is excluded, and what decisions still need to be made before work starts.

Quality product guidance

We focus on quality products, manufacturer-backed options, and coordinated selections instead of odd-lot or mismatched materials.

Jobsite accountability

Schedules, photos, tasks, daily notes, materials, change orders, and punch list items need to be tracked and managed.

Common Service Questions

Helpful answers before you start.

Every home and project is different, but these answers help explain how our service process usually begins.

Do I need to know every selection before requesting an estimate?

No. A clear description of your goals, photos, measurements if available, and priorities are enough to begin the conversation.

Do you only do kitchens and bathrooms?

No. Kitchens and bathrooms are major specialties, but we also help with flooring, countertops, interior remodeling, finishes, and related general contracting needs.

Can customers, vendors, and subcontractors use the portal?

Yes, when approved. Access is role-based and limited to the records, messages, schedules, documents, photos, or assigned work appropriate for that user.
