1. Overview

Affordable Contracting, Inc. (“Affordable Contracting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Photo / Gallery Disclaimer to explain how images and visual examples should be interpreted. Affordable Contracting is a Florida licensed general contractor specializing in interior remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, countertops, and full interior home transformations. Our Florida general contractor license number is CGC-014388.

Images can be helpful for communicating style, quality, layout possibilities, product inspiration, and remodeling ideas. However, images alone cannot show every detail, cost, limitation, condition, change order, selection, scope item, permit requirement, or jobsite issue involved in a project.

2. Images Are for General Illustration Only

Photos, gallery images, before-and-after images, product images, showroom images, design examples, inspiration images, and visual materials are provided for general illustration, inspiration, marketing, communication, and informational purposes only.

No image guarantees that Affordable Contracting will produce the same appearance, cost, scope, schedule, product, finish, design, layout, color, workmanship result, warranty result, or project outcome for any other customer or property.

Actual remodeling results depend on written scope, existing property conditions, measurements, customer selections, budget, materials, products, workmanship requirements, permit requirements, inspections, code requirements, field conditions, and signed written project documents.

3. Sample, Stock, Placeholder, and Preview Images

During website development, some pages may use sample images, stock images, placeholder images, preview images, inspiration images, or images that are not actual Affordable Contracting project photos. These images are used to demonstrate layout, style, service categories, or website design.

Sample, stock, placeholder, or preview images should not be interpreted as work performed by Affordable Contracting unless clearly identified as an Affordable Contracting project.

Before the website goes live, Affordable Contracting may replace preview images with actual company project photos where appropriate.

4. Actual Project Photos

Some images may show actual Affordable Contracting projects. Even where an image shows actual work, the image may not show all work performed, all existing conditions, all repairs, all change orders, all costs, all delays, all selections, all products, or the full scope of the project.

Actual project photos may reflect a particular customer’s selections, property conditions, budget, project documents, style preferences, field conditions, and timeline. Those conditions may not apply to any other project.

Project photos do not guarantee that the same products, materials, colors, dimensions, layouts, finishes, trades, or details remain available or are appropriate for another property.

5. Before-and-After Images

Before-and-after images may be used to show visual transformation. They may not show every step, cost, hidden condition, material choice, demolition condition, repair, permit issue, inspection, change order, delay, or customer decision that occurred during the project.

“Before” images may show prior conditions only from the angle captured. “After” images may show final or near-final conditions only from the angle captured. Lighting, staging, furniture, decor, camera angle, photo quality, editing, and display settings may affect how the project appears.

A before-and-after image is not a guarantee of identical results, similar cost, similar schedule, similar complexity, or similar required scope for any other project.

6. Product, Color, Finish, and Material Variation

Colors, finishes, textures, sheen, grout lines, veining, wood grain, tile tone, countertop pattern, cabinet color, flooring color, metal finishes, paint colors, lighting, and other visual elements may appear differently in photos than they do in person.

Differences may be caused by lighting, photography, editing, monitor settings, phone screens, shadows, natural product variation, dye lots, manufacturing variation, product substitutions, supply availability, installation conditions, and age of materials.

Customers should review actual samples, product specifications, showroom displays, manufacturer information, and written selections before approving materials. Images on the website are not a substitute for approved selections.

7. Existing Conditions, Scope, and Field Conditions Vary

A finished image does not show hidden conditions that may have affected the project, such as water damage, rot, termite damage, mold, plumbing issues, electrical issues, structural issues, uneven floors, out-of-square walls, prior improper work, code issues, permitting issues, or other field conditions.

Two projects that appear visually similar may have very different costs, scopes, timelines, trade requirements, material needs, permit requirements, engineering requirements, and risks.

Website images should not be used to estimate your project cost or scope without a project-specific review and written proposal approved by Affordable Contracting.

8. Cropping, Editing, Lighting, Staging, and Display Differences

Images may be cropped, resized, brightened, edited, color-corrected, sharpened, compressed, staged, filtered, or adjusted for website display, marketing layout, privacy, or visual clarity.

Images may omit surrounding conditions, unfinished areas, adjacent rooms, temporary construction conditions, customer belongings, private information, people, jobsite limitations, or other details.

Website image presentation does not guarantee that the exact appearance shown on your device is the same as the physical project appearance.

9. AI-Generated Concepts, Renderings, and Design Visualization

In the future, Affordable Contracting may use AI-generated concepts, design renderings, visual mockups, inspiration images, before/after concepts, or similar visualization tools to help communicate design ideas.

AI-generated images, renderings, mockups, and design concepts are for inspiration and discussion only. They are not construction documents, final selections, engineering documents, architectural plans, permit documents, product specifications, warranties, or guarantees of final appearance.

AI-generated or rendered images may include unrealistic layouts, unavailable materials, inaccurate dimensions, incorrect lighting, impossible construction details, code issues, product inaccuracies, or features not included in the written scope.

10. Customer Privacy and Project Photo Use

Affordable Contracting may use project photos for business, documentation, quality-control, training, estimating, warranty, dispute-resolution, marketing, portfolio, gallery, insurance, collection, legal, or operational purposes, subject to applicable law and written agreements.

When using project images publicly, Affordable Contracting may crop, edit, blur, omit, or avoid showing private information, personal items, addresses, identifying details, people, minors, documents, license plates, valuables, or other sensitive information where appropriate.

Customers who have questions about public use of project photos should contact Affordable Contracting. Photo use may also be addressed in written project documents.

11. Image Ownership, Copyright, and Use Restrictions

Website images, gallery layouts, project photos, captions, designs, graphics, and visual content are owned by Affordable Contracting or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, download, reuse, reproduce, publish, sell, modify, scrape, redistribute, or use website images, project photos, gallery images, graphics, layouts, or visual content for commercial purposes without written permission from Affordable Contracting or the applicable rights owner.

You may not use Affordable Contracting images in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, employment, vendor approval, subcontractor approval, partnership, project involvement, or permission without written authorization.

12. Photos Submitted by Customers, Applicants, Vendors, or Subcontractors

If you submit photos, files, images, plans, sketches, documents, or visual materials through a form, email, text, portal, or other method, you represent that you have the right and authority to submit them.

By submitting photos or visual materials, you authorize Affordable Contracting to view, store, copy, share, evaluate, retain, and use them for legitimate business purposes, including estimating, project review, scheduling, design discussion, employment review, vendor review, subcontractor review, project documentation, warranty review, insurance, collections, dispute resolution, legal protection, quality control, and business operations.

You should not submit photos containing confidential information, protected information, private documents, personal identification numbers, medical information, financial information, or images you do not have permission to share.

13. No Warranty, Guarantee, Estimate, or Promise Created by Images

No photo, gallery image, before-and-after image, product image, rendering, design example, testimonial image, social media image, or visual concept creates a warranty, guarantee, estimate, proposal, final design, final selection, promise of performance, or binding scope.

Any binding project scope, price, schedule, selections, warranty, payment terms, or deliverables must be stated in written documents approved by Affordable Contracting.

14. Third-Party Images, Platforms, and Embedded Content

The website may include or link to third-party platforms, review platforms, maps, social media, videos, manufacturer images, vendor images, supplier images, embedded content, or external websites. Affordable Contracting does not control all third-party content, image rights, accessibility, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or policies.

Third-party images and embedded content are subject to the third party’s own terms, policies, licenses, and restrictions.
