Portal and Business Records

AC Project Hub is a business management system with role-based access.

Authorized customers, employees, vendors, and subcontractors may receive portal access based on role, assignment, approval status, and business need. Portal access does not create broader permissions outside the user’s authorized area.

Customer portal access

Customers may access project-specific information such as messages, approved documents, photos, selections, estimates, change orders, invoices, and project updates where available and authorized.

Employee portal access

Employee activity may include schedules, tasks, time entries, daily logs, photos, messages, policy acknowledgments, warnings, handbook acknowledgments, job notes, files, and other business records.

Vendor and subcontractor access

Vendors and subcontractors may receive limited access for approved visits, assigned jobs, tasks, photos, documents, invoices, scheduling, warranty support, or business communications.

Monitoring and preservation

Portal records may be reviewed, monitored, exported, preserved, audited, archived, or used for business, legal, safety, quality-control, payroll, billing, warranty, dispute, or compliance purposes.
