3. Website Content Is General Information Only

5. Estimates, Pricing, Scheduling, and Project Information

Any estimate request, budget discussion, online form, website statement, project description, design idea, example price, schedule reference, or preliminary communication is for discussion purposes only unless confirmed in a written agreement approved by Affordable Contracting.

Remodeling projects may be affected by existing conditions, hidden damage, code requirements, permitting requirements, product availability, design selections, customer changes, field conditions, structural issues, plumbing/electrical conditions, material lead times, labor availability, supplier pricing, subcontractor pricing, inspections, weather, access limitations, customer delays, and other factors outside the control of the website.

Affordable Contracting does not guarantee that website descriptions, gallery examples, sample projects, preliminary estimates, showroom discussions, or form responses will match the final project scope, price, design, schedule, materials, warranty, or result.

6. Forms, Messages, and Submissions

Website forms may include contact forms, estimate request forms, QR-code visitor intake, future employment applications, vendor requests, subcontractor requests, customer portal requests, and general inquiries. Submitting a form does not guarantee a response, acceptance, estimate, appointment, consultation, scheduling, employment review, vendor approval, subcontractor approval, or any particular business outcome.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful, and non-misleading information. Portal content may include messages, project records, tasks, job details, photos, files, documents, purchases, receipts, time entries, invoices, schedules, payment records, change orders, daily logs, punch lists, notes, reports, and other business records.

8. Employment Information and Applications

Website content about employment, careers, available positions, applications, or company roles is general information only. Submitting an employment inquiry or application does not guarantee review, an interview, a response, a job offer, continued consideration, or employment.

Any employment relationship must be confirmed through company-approved employment procedures, required documentation, eligibility verification, screening, onboarding, and any applicable written company policies or agreements.

9. Vendor and Subcontractor Requests

Submitting a vendor, manufacturer representative, supplier, subcontractor, or business partner request does not create approval, preferred status, vendor status, subcontractor status, a contract, a purchase order, a job assignment, payment entitlement, showroom access, jobsite access, or any guarantee of future work.

Affordable Contracting may require proof of insurance, licensing, references, tax documentation, safety information, pricing, qualifications, background information, written agreements, and other documents before considering or approving any vendor or subcontractor relationship.

10. Photos, Gallery Images, and Design Examples

Photos, gallery images, before-and-after images, design inspiration, renderings, showroom images, and examples may be used for general illustration only. Images may not reflect current product availability, exact project conditions, complete scope, pricing, code requirements, warranty terms, customer selections, or all work performed.

Some images may be sample images, stock images, preview images, inspiration images, staged images, cropped images, edited images, or future AI-generated concept images. Final project results vary based on selections, site conditions, budget, materials, scope, customer decisions, and written agreements.

11. Intellectual Property

The website, layout, text, graphics, logos, branding, service descriptions, page designs, images, forms, icons, directories, documents, and other materials are owned by Affordable Contracting or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
